To name a couple of tough ones, there was hot water coming out of the water dispenser from the fridge and a missing shut off valve for an outdoor faucet. Jim was able to find the shut off valve behind our laundry area with minimal damage to the wall. He worked so thoughtfully and intelligently to solve these problems. He and his associate also installed toilets and fixed a shower faucet to reduce noise. They were professional and did a great job. They have a family business, and also have great customer service.
